Crispy Masala Dosa Recipe - Tricks & Tips For Home Made Dosa Ingredients: For Dosa : Raw rice – 1 ½ cup Urad dal-1/2 cup Cooked rice- 2 tbsp Salt –to taste For coconut chutney Green chilli -2 nos Grated coconut -1/2 cup Shallots -6 or 7 nos Mustard seed-1/2 tsp Dry red chilli-3 nos Curry leaves -3 sprig Salt –to taste Oil 2 tsp Dry red chilli chutney: Dry red chill-7 or 8 nos Shallots- 5 or 6 nos Mustard seed -1/2 tsp Salt to taste Oil-3 tsp Method: For dosa Firstly we add urad dal and raw riceto a large bowl.rinse them very well and discard the water.soak it in enough water for 3 or 4 hours. Drain the water ,add cooked rice and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste using 1 cup of water. Transfer the mixture into a bowl ,add the salt and mix well.
