Fried fish Recipes
INGREDIENTS:
For Marination
- 1/2 kg Fish
- 1teaspoon Garlic paste
- 2 teaspoon vinegar
- 1pinch oregano
- 1 teaspoon Crushed cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon All spice powder
- 1teaspoon Turmeric
- 1teaspoon Crushed red pepper
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil for frying
For batter
- 3 to 4 teaspoon Gram flour
- 1 teaspoon all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 pinch of black pepper powder
- 1/2 cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon fresh coriander
METHOD:
- Add fish pieces in a bowl. Marinate with garlic paste, lemon juice and oregano for 1hour.
- Then marinate it with crushed cumin, all spice powder,turmeric powder, crushed red pepper and saltto taste.
- Then add fish pieces in the batter and coat very well and deep fry till golden brown. Lastly sprinkle chat masala and serve hot
