VERMICELLI UPMA
Ingredients:-
1:- Boil water in a pan,add 2 tbs oil and add vermicelli and let
it stand in hot water for 2 minutes.
2:-drain water and allow it to cool down complitly.keep boiled
vermicelli in open and let it dry out.
3:- now heat oil in pan and add mustered seeds,
4:- now add chopped tometoes and cooked for another 1 minutes
.now add peanuts and salt.mix well.
5:- now add red chilly powder and boiled vermicelli.
Mix it well.
6:- serve warm.
Ingredients:-
- 1 cup vermicelli,
- Water 2 cup,
- Salt to taste,
- 1 small Onion chopped,
- 1 green chilli chopped,
- Curry leaves,
- 3 tbs peanuts,
- 1/4 tsp mustard,
- 1/2 tsp jeera,
- 1/2 tbs chana dal,
- 1/2tbs urad dal,
- 1 tbs oil,
- 1/2 red chilli powder.

.when they start to sputter mix in chopped onion and daure for minutes.4:- now add chopped tometoes and cooked for another 1 minutes
.now add peanuts and salt.mix well.
5:- now add red chilly powder and boiled vermicelli.
Mix it well.
6:- serve warm.
