But still I can’t even control myself from ordering it whenever I visit there. mon always make this chilli chapathi instead of parotta with the left over chapathis. Sweet Pongal  sweet pongal, is often made as a prasadam for various festivals in South India. However, it is a recipe which must be included in the Pongal menu. You can easily make this mouth-watering dessert recipe at home with simple ingredients like jaggery, moong dal, coconut milk, rice and dry fruits. This delectable recipe is perfect for serving to the guests on special occasions or on get-together like party, potluck, game night, birthday, anniversary. Ingredients (for four people) :- Moong dal - 1cup. Rice - 1cup. Milk Coconut cashew jagerry raisins (dry grapes) cardamom ghee. sweet pongal preparation: Fry the moong dal (before washing) till it becomes little light brown (it will start smelling).  Then soak rice and dal separately for 10 minutes. Bread Uthappam( Breakfast recipes ) Ingredients: White/brown bread slices-10 Rava/sooji-1 tbsp Rice flour-1/2 tbsp Thick butter milk-1 cup Salt-1 tsp more or less Grated carrot-1-1/2 tbsp Capsicum-2 tsp- finely chopped Tomato-2 tsp- finely chopped Ginger-1/2 tsp - grated Green chilli-6- chopped To temper: Oil-1 tbsp Musturd-1/2 tsp Urad dal-1/2 tsp Jeera-3/4 tsp Coriander leaves- chopped-1 tbsp Method: Tear the breads and grind along with Rava, salt, rice flour and butter milk. In a mixing bowl add this along with 1/2 cup of water and whisk well. Add grated carrot,ginger, green chilli, capsicum a and tomato to this. Heat a kadai with oil and temper with items ,once done pour it over the batter. Now take a non stick pan grease with little oil and pour the batter in small circles. Sprinkle coriander leaves on top let it cook one side wait, flip over the other side drizzle again with oiland cook over a medium flame until golden.
